Third Job Changes
When you get to level 130, you can go to an NPC in a new town called Elliun (not sure if its spelled right) and start the Third Job Quest. The level limit has been increased 140 from 129.
Knight -> Lord Templar
Ranger -> Crackshooter
Ringmaster -> Florist
Blade -> Storm Blade
Psykeeper -> Mentalist
Elementor -> Elemental Lord
Jester -> Wind Lurker
Billposter -> Force Master

New Skills:
these skills are in the order that the Korean post listed them.
Lord Templar
Templar Pulling: pulls opponent infront of the player
Grand Rage: damages subject greatly
Shield Strike: strikes with a shield and stuns with the standard stun rates (I guess it means the stun rate increases as you level)
Confrontation Amplification (?): uses opponent's anger to do something.. not exactly sure
Holy Armor: increases the caster's defense for one minute
Scope Strike: an AoE attack
Crack Shooter
Range Strike: an AoE attack
Power Increase: increases the caster's attack for one minute
Control Increase: increases Hit Rate (?) for one minute
Hawk Eye: increases arrow (something, not sure what it means, in korean it translated "arrow intersection")
Florist
Prayer of Regeneration: heals subject's HP constantly in a certain time limit
Placid (?) Step: increases subject's speed for one minute
Placid (?) Body: increases subject's HP for one minute
Placid (?) Armor: increases subject's defense for one minute
Absolute Barrier: protects caster from any "physical" or magic attacks for 5 minutes
Fetters (?): reduces subject's speed to 0%
Storm Blade
Cross of Blood: damages subject greatly
Storm Blessed: an AoE attack
Holding Storm: reduces subject's speed to 0%
Power Increase: increases attack for one minute
Mentalist
Scream of Terror: constantly damages the subject in a limited time
Darkness Rake: damages subject greatly
Attack Decrease: decreases subject's attack
Defender Decrease: decrease subject's defense
Speed Decrease: decreases subject's attack speed (maybe DCT too)
Elemental Lord
Thunderbolt: an AoE attack
Final Spear: uses elements to damage a subject using spears
Cosmic Element: uses the universe's elements (?) to cast an orb
Sleeping: casts a sleeping spell to a subject for a couple seconds
Wind Lurker
Mad Hurricane: damages subject greatly
Evasion Increase: increases evasion for one minute
Control Increase: increases control for one minute
Back Stab: attack subject from behind
Force Master
Aurora of Wrath: increases all the players around the caster's attack for 5 minutes
Aurora of Obsession (?): increases all the players around the caster's magic attack for 5 minutes
Aurora of Velocity: increases all the players around the caster's attack speed for 5 minutes
Aurora of Insanity: increases all the players around the caster's critical rate for 5 minutes
